Cameron Marchel is a Vice President of Investments with Surmount, specializing in gas stations, convenience stores, and single-tenant net lease investment sales nationwide. He advises private investors, family offices, operators, and franchisees on acquisitions, dispositions, and sale-leasebacks – with specialized expertise in fuel retail and direct operator relationships built over years in the industry.
Cameron launched his career at Marcus & Millichap, earning multiple accolades in the Retail Net Lease sector, before co-founding Blue Wave Capital Partners. He has since completed 100+ transactions with numerous regional and national tenants and joined Surmount in 2026 as part of the Issenberg Britti Group.
Cameron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, concentrating in Real Estate and Legal Studies. He is based in Miami, FL.
