Suzy Bayona joins the Issenberg & Britti team of Marcus & Millichap Commercial Real Estate as Director of Transactions and Operations with more than 10 years’ experience working across all facets of real estate including Development Marketing and Operations while serving the world’s most discerning luxury real estate clientele.
Most recently, Suzy served as the Director of Operations for Douglas Elliman’s Development Marketing team where she oversaw all residential development projects and operations for many of South Florida’s most lucrative projects including Faena Properties, Miami Beach Edition, Fasano Shore Club, Four Seasons, Akoya and many more, leading to more than $5.2 Billion in closed sales and sellouts.
Suzy’s unique leadership ability has led to many collaborative partnerships with industry leaders, real estate developers, construction managers, project managers and sales teams, while also building and maintaining solid and lasting internal teams with the highest level of market expertise and a true passion for the real estate sector. Well-versed in both the residential and commercial markets, Suzy has a penchant for creative problem solving, finance and budgeting, strategic planning and a stellar business acumen.
